Well never heard of this, I have just googled it and I am sorry mate, but no… it is not for everybody, you could get into in only if…you have a good credit score, you carry a long credit history, you income is high…and I mean high, you have a low debt income ratio. Next!

Well dude you have no idea to whom you are advising at…but pretty much of what you said: they have their own terms and you also need to go to a personal interview…sounds hard but I think that if you have the numbers, once you are in, it is a great thing to go for.

Lending club is JOKE. Before I could get better documentation they cancelled my application. They claimed my credit debt was to high. WELL HELLO!!!! Why would I be applying for?? Come on, 686 credit score, no missed payments, monthly expense dropping almost $300. Just give it a try somewhere else. Oh, and btw customer service is just pure garbage.

I have to disagree with u all…Lending Club is awesome! They approved my loan immediately and within a few days the funds were in our account...great rate and monthly payment...we've had them for almost 2 years...I personally recommend it!

Mate there is something called Google I suggest you use it and then you will see that unless you are based in America it is of no relevent use

Excuse me I am American…I thought this forum was for all leave the guy alone I am sure you guys have something similar in the UK?

Thank you.  Yes, and I am able to use Google, and there is a similar one in the UK.  I was after a sensible answer because the concept seems a good one:  both investors and borrows get a better deal

I like the sound of it.  I note the comments but I am going to have a look into it myself as I hadn't heard of this sort of thing before
